DoctorAujla Corp. staff routinely conducts Stage I PSI or Phase I ESA studies. The Stage I Preliminary Site Investigation or Phase I Environmental Site Assessment is the initial step of an environmental assessment process for a site. The scope of work for this type of an investigation is non-intrusive in nature and does not involve a sample collection and analysis program. The main objective of the study is to identify potential environmental liabilities at the site that may have resulted from existing and previous land uses or site development activities on and adjacent to the subject property, and to identify any present conditions or practices that may represent significant environmental risks or liabilities.
Our staff is trained to conduct assessments of a variety of sites ranging from a single simple site to a collection of complex sites; we do this efficiently and cost-effectively. We conduct these assessments using recognized standards such as the Canadian CSA-Z768 standard and/or the USA ASTM standard, which provide guidelines for the review of information pertaining to the site, completion of detailed checklists during an inspection of the property, conducting interviews with people knowledgeable about the site and preparation of the final report that documents the study results. Our staff has the appropriate education, know-how and experience to complete these studies.
